Hand-knotted in Nepal, this rug is part of

the Palace Collection of floor

decorations of strong visual impact.

Neutral colors, obtained with vegetable

and mineral pigments, create the

distressed effect of old-fashioned luxury

and evoke the enchantment of Arabian

Nights. This piece features 50% silk and

50% Himalayan wool with 152,000

knot/sqm, a base of .05 cm height, and a

.07 cm-high design. It can be customized

in dimension, color, and composition.
